In 2022 Hull 4 Heroes will be starting to build the World's first Transitional Veterans Village. The project aims to develop a self-sustaining site for the housing and rehabilitation of ex-service men and women. The Hull based charity will provide a unique place to give support to those individuals requiring help when adjusting to civilian life. Along with our supporters we hope to create the world's first purpose built centre that will provide a safe and stable platform for veterans, where they can create a happy and purposeful life for themselves and their families in civilian society. Our "One in a Million" campaign will enable the local community and beyond to play their part in giving our ex service personnel and their families the future they deserve by helping us cover a million miles collectively. All participants will receive a fundraising pack and on completion of their target will receive our special "One in a Million" Medal for taking part Its easy to take part, you can walk, swim, cycle, run or even hop, skip and jump.
